We have stayed here many times.......location
Needs to be remodeled badly......When I stay more than a day, I don't ask to have my room cleaned, only want clean towels. After being gone all day we returned at night to find no towels. I went to the main desk to ask for towels to be told very nasty "I have a note here that says you didn't want your room done!' I told the Lady that was true but wanted towels. She then said " Do you have your dirty towels with you?" Gave me a garbage bag & told me to bring dirty towels back to the front desk and be sure I tell her exactly what I have in the garbage bag!!!! So I go to the room get the towels return to desk to resite what is in my garbage bag then return to my room with clean towels!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN....I thought they would be happy they didn't have to clean the room......this was the second Days Innn we stayed in where they need to remodel can't see out windows they are so old...rusty bathroom fixtures... NO MORE DAYSINNS for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always sleep well there. It is usually less expensive but I booked on the day instead of weeks earlier.

The front lobby looked clean but, the rooms were dirty, old furniture as well as the beds. The head boards were not fastened to the wall and every time u moved it made a noise as well as the other bed. The plaster was coming away from the wall and the bed spread was dirty.

Had the queen room which was bright in floors. Central location was a plus.

Taylor was very helpful and apologetic after we notified her that we had been placed in a dirty room, with sheets unchanged.
Our sheets had not been changed. We were switched to a new room where the sheets were clean, however all of the upholstery was badly stained and grungy. We did not want to sit in the stuffed chair and ottoman. Our bathtub floor surface was worn completely away in the center. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.

Convenient to thruway
Time to come into the 21st century and ban smoking inside the building. The curtains didn't close in my room. The noise from the loud country band and the motorcycles next door kept me awake. The toaster at breakfast didnt work and some of the fruit was past ripe - need to add bananas.

Very healthy breakfast served with outstanding food. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, TV set and a seating area. Good and decent location by the area you had the desk, good for visiting Chicopee.

Vending machines - both for beverages, were broken. Breakfast offered was inedible (can't call those eggs). Housekeeping was poor - asked to have an old rag removed from bathroom and provide new towels - neither done.

The lobby area designated for breakfast, is filled with kids handling the food while adults are siting around drinking coffee.

location off highway convenient
Clean but kind of run down. Perfectly adequate for a short stay-but certainly not worth 119 plus tax total over $140. More like a 70-80 room/hotel. Guess they get that much due to closeness to 6 Flags? no rack for luggage in the room had to use desk and ironing board if you wanted it off the floor. nice to have sink outside bath but absolutely 0 counter space for toiletries in use. Checked in 10:45 pm, there were 4 parties in line plus 1 who wanted a cot. The cot people had to wait until all checked in because clerk said he was only one on duty. I get that it was late but if this hotel gets late check in because of closeness to highway should plan for that.

Breakfast was great! Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom looked like it had been pieced together and was dated. Microwave worked poorly, bathtub was permanently stained and dirty. It was definitely below this hotel's standard - quite disappointing.

Nothing!
Toilet seat was chiping and cracked , sink was cracked, stained couch and carpet, wallpaper rips on wall. Continental breakfast was empty an hour after starting. Front desk employee made up stories about bathroom and room. Tried to find another hotel but there were no rooms available anywhere. This place is a dump!
